Phosphor Coupled iCCD

The wide field of UV, X-ray and particle detection, radiography and other specialized imaging calls for high flexibility and responsivity in camera design. ProxiVision offers a the next Step over the phosphor coupled camera. For some applications it is necessary to increase the sensitivity of the detection system especially when a very low amount of particles, photons or a low dose of x-ray has to be detected. The optical intensification of the phosphor layer by an ProxiVision image intensifier is the best choice to increase the system performance.

Features

 

Phosphor coupled iCCDs are fully customized solutions. The effective integration of a wide set of options leads to a application optimized between detection screen and camera sensor. The optical interface and the camera electronic can be adapted to meet the customers requirements. The combination of many screen and sensor types (large range of pixel and sensor sizes, resolutions, framerates) is possible. In combination with 40mm intensifiers a n active detection diameter of the 200 mm may be realized.
