Our Neutron detectors allow direct neutron detection by means of Boron-doped microchannel plates, down to spatial resolution of ~50 µm, and without compromising spatial resolution with detection efficiency.

For customers who do not want to realize their own readout of the neutron, we offer neutron camera modules with integrated power supply and readout.

Neutron sensitive cameras will be equipped with an MCP-based neutron detector and readout, matching customer requirements, e.g. high framerates, special camera interfaces, radiation hard sensor and alike.

Configuration parameters


  • Active area of 25 mm or 40 mm.
  • Integrated power supply.
  • Time resolved single neutron imaging with Delayline Readout or Image Readout with CMOS image sensor, optionally coupled via mirror to limit radiation exposure.



Besides the standard configuration we do also take into account application-specific requirements. Thus we invite our customers to provide such information. Confidentiality is of course guaranteed.
